IARSLCE is committed to protecting the health and safety of all who attend the 2023 Conference at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. While masking is not required, a limited supply of masks will be provided. Attendees with health concerns are highly encouraged to mask. As the fall is a busy conference season, we encourage you to test before arriving in New Orleans and to stay at home if feeling unwell. If you test positive for COVID during the conference, you should notify IARSLCE Director, Tiana Nobile, by email, admin@iarslce.org, with details of which sessions you have attended and your close contacts. You should also plan to isolate and wear a mask as directed by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. If you test positive and are unable to attend, please contact us with a letter from your health provider and/or proof of positive test, and we will issue a refund.

We will continue to monitor public health related issues. IARSLCE reserves the right to make adjustments to our policies in order to protect our community’s health and safety, as advised by public health professionals.
