She is in charge of projects that support students learn and develop through community activities. She continues to research and practice providing a forum for mutual learning in local community. She has been engaged in the international labor movement and international cooperation NGOs that support working people in Japan and abroad and the social participation of women in developing countries, the Fair Trade Town movement, and employment support for the needy. She is accredited social worker, and also acredited career consultant.
