Oscar Gabriel Vivallo-Urra is a Psychologist and Master in Local and Regional Human Development (University of La Frontera) and PhD in Political Science (Free University of Berlin). He has ample work and research experience in the topics of gender and interculturality, social inclusion and exclusion, human resources and organizational development, education, public policies, associative and territorial development. He currently works as a postdoctoral researcher on governance and public policy issues, at the Institute for Local and Regional Development of University of La Frontera, Temuco, Chile.
