Ryan Nilsen is a Senior Program Officer for Community Engagement in the Carolina Center for Public Service at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He currently works primarily with cohort-based undergraduate and graduate student fellowships and scholarships. He teaches service-learning and experiential education courses through the Department of Public Policy and the School of Education. Ryan holds a Master of Theological Studies degree from Duke Divinity School and a graduate certificate in nonprofit leadership from the UNC School of Social Work.
